This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to a bus stop that took us directly into Biarritz in just a few minutes. Additionally, I appreciated the value for money, as the prices were reasonable for the level of service and amenities provided.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing to complain about.

Very friendly, helpful receptionists. The room was really clean and comfortable. Clean towels for all six of us. Lovely pool! Very quite - had arrived on the Sunday and we thought we were the only people in the hotel. Would definitely go again!

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that as it was a Sunday the restaurant/bar was closed and we could not get a coffee or drink unless we left the hotel.

The hotel was located in a central area, close to supermarkets and a direct bus service to Biarritz. The outdoor pool was a great size and perfect for a swim during the hot weather. The staff were friendly and helped me with directions and recommendations. The breakfast was varied and included many options.

Convenient location for 1 night stopover. Basic room but ok and comfortable bed. Good breakfast and the evening meal was fairly good.

No soap in room. One set of towels for 2 people. We asked for soap and towels and also extra pillows which were given to us at reception. The a/c unit was not fixed up to produce heat, only cooling. The receptionist could not do anything about this. Apparently this will happen when it gets colder.

Great place to stay if you need to be near the airport , lovely staff and nice rooms overlooking a nice pool , nice area in anglet and nice hotel grounds with lots of mature trees

Comfortable room with balcony overlooking pool area. Excellent bed. Good location, handy for local supermarkets. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast room. Very secure parking onsite. Outdoor pool was delightful.

Beds were small

The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The swimming pool was large and perfect for swimming, we spent hours in it. The location of the hotel is great, close to the airport with only a few flights per day. The rooms were adequately equipped with furniture in good condition and the bathroom was clean.

The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, which was frustrating. The hotel is overpriced for what is offered, and extra costs for the kitchenette and pet fees were unexpected and unpleasant.

As adventure travelers, we loved the variety of recreational facilities at the hotel. the large swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing swim, and we also enjoyed the smaller pool for a more relaxed experience.

After taking a local bus from Biarritz, we eventually found the hotel after walking from Anglet for about 15mins! Exhausted we got to our room. It is clearly advertised that is has a restaurant, it has but is not in use! The only foodstuffs available are sweets & snacks from a vending machine. If you have no transport you have no choice rather than to walk to Anglet or order in expensive pizza from Anglet! £9.50 cheapest! The reason I chose this hotel was appart from price was that it was near the airport. This is true but there is no bus service that goes past the hotel to the airport!! We were 6 people and had to take 2 taxis at £20 each for a journey of appr. 6Mins. I am sure the hotel staff did not know where the airport was or had a deal with a taxi company!?

Good size bedroom and clean. Swimming pool is very good. The best of our stay was the food in the restaurant: good quality, big portions and not too expensive.

The bed was very hard and noisy (not comfortable at all). Service in the restaurant was very slow.
